• Pick-up service is available within Bangkok for a minimum of two people. To arrange a transfer, please make your booking at least one day in advance by 5:00 PM.
• The guests are requested to be present at the hotel lobby at least 15-20 minutes early.
• Non-refundable cash card worth 80 THB/adult and 60THB/child will be given in case the buffet lunch is not available!
• Pets are not permitted inside the venue, except for service animals with valid identification.
• Available facilities include changing rooms, swimsuit rentals, fast food shops, and shuttle buses to the Water Park.
• Prohibited items, such as firecrackers, lasers, and anything that may disturb or inconvenience others, are not allowed.
• All foreign nationals must provide passport details upon arrival.
• Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time for smooth entry.
• While safety measures are in place, injuries can still occur, and no claims or refunds will be issued in such cases.
• ID proof is required for every guest upon arrival.
• Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed, but various dining options are available inside the park.
• Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time.
• Ensure you are medically fit for all activities.
• Appropriate swimwear is required for water attractions; revealing or offensive clothing is not allowed.
• Follow all safety instructions from park staff, and consult with them if you have any medical conditions or concerns before participating.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the park.

• This ticket is only valid for the booked date.
• Please present your ticket/wristband (or present such personal identification as we may from time to time require) for entry into the Park. The ticket/wristband and handstamp are required for re-entry into the Park on the same day.
• Tickets/wristbands are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and void if altered. The ticket/wristband must be used by the same person during its period of validity and is not valid for special events that require a separate admission charge.
