• The service operates between 05:00 – 22:00 hrs. A 12-hour advance booking is required to reserve the service.
• Porter service is available for 2 pieces of check-in luggage plus carry-on luggage per passenger. For additional luggage, a charge of THB 100 per piece will apply, to be paid directly on-site by the customer or billed to the agent.
• The service is not available from 00:01 – 06:00 am. During these hours, an out-of-operation rate will be applied (Phuket International Airport). Other operational services are unaffected.
• For the First Class Lounge, a minimum of 8 persons is required.
• The Coral Executive staff reception desk will verify the booking reference number and guide passengers through the Immigration Fast Track before proceeding to The Coral Executive Lounge.
• The maximum lounge usage time is 2.5 hours. An additional charge of THB 350 will apply for extra time, or THB 1,000 for Coral First Class Lounge access. For additional usage beyond the allotted time, an hourly charge per person will apply, to be paid directly on-site by the customer. Usage exceeding 15 minutes will be charged as one full hour.
