- The Floating Market Boat & Bike tour and Ayutthaya by Bike tour include hotel pick up by van. For other tours, hotel pick up by van or sedan can be arranged upon request.
Confirmation
- You will receive confirmation of your booking availability within one minute of booking. Most bookings are auto confirmed, and we will send the voucher to you by email.
- Auto prepaid booking: Any auto prepaid booking is confirmed automatically once payment is completed through our payment gateway system.
- Partial payment: All bookings with partial payment are non refundable and confirmed automatically.
- Pay later booking: Any booking where you have selected the pay later option is not confirmed unless you update us with your room number and hotel check in information.
- For join tours, pick up time and guide contact details will be confirmed by our customer service representative at least 12 hours before the tour date.
- For all private tours, pick up points are already mentioned in the itinerary.
- If you do not receive an email from us, please check your spam folder or notify us by email.
