Confirmation

• You will receive confirmation of your booking availability within one minute of booking. Most bookings are auto confirmed, and we will send the voucher to you by email.
• Auto prepaid booking: Any auto prepaid booking is confirmed automatically once payment is completed through our payment gateway system.
• Partial payment: All bookings with partial payment are non refundable and confirmed automatically.
• Pay later booking: Any booking where you have selected the pay later option is not confirmed unless you update us with your room number and hotel check in information.
• For join tours, the pick up time and guide contact details will be confirmed by our customer service representative at least 12 hours before the tour date.
• For all private tours, all pick up points are already mentioned in the itinerary.
• If you do not receive an email from us, please check your spam folder or notify us by email.
• Please send us your room number and local contact number, if available, to rsvn@sunleisureworld.com along with your booking confirmation number.

• Our tours are available almost every day. In case of any urgency or cancellation, we will inform you at least 12 hours before the tour time. Our customer service representative may suggest an alternative date or issue an immediate refund.
