- All activities are supervised by professional experts who ensure your safety at every step. Please note that the program may change depending on weather and local conditions on the day of the tour.
- Free transfers are provided from Kata, Karon, Kalim, Nakalay, Kamala, and Surin. For other areas, an extra charge of 300 THB per person applies.
- Private van transfers are available for 1–8 passengers, with an additional charge for luggage.
- Non-player tickets are available for guests who do not wish to participate in activities but still want to join. Lunch is included with this ticket.
- Customers must accept the inherent risks of participating in the tour. An accident insurance policy is held, and any valid claims can only be considered within the limits stated in the policy, under the laws of Thailand. The company’s accident insurance covers only medical treatment and medical expenses resulting from accidents that occur during the trip. This insurance applies within Thailand only. Personal property carried by customers on the tour is at their own risk. All tour instructions must be strictly followed by customers, and any violations are not permitted.
- Special consideration: participation is not allowed for senior citizens aged 60 or above, children under 4 years old, pregnant women, or customers weighing over 120 kg.
