Confirmation:

• You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 minute of booking time. Most bookings are auto-confirmed, and we will send you the voucher via email.
  • Auto Pre-Paid Booking: Any auto pre-paid booking is automatically confirmed when paying through our payment gateway system.
  • Partial Payment: All bookings with partial payment are nonrefundable and automatically confirmed.
  • Pay later booking: Any booking where you have selected to pay later is not confirmed unless you provide us with your room number and hotel check-in information.
• Our pick-up time and Guide Numbers of tours will be confirmed by our Customer Service Representative 12 hours before the tour date (in the case of Join Tours).
• For All Private Tours, all pick-up points are already mentioned in our itinerary. If you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email.
• Please send us your room number and local number, if any, to [email protected] along with your booking confirmation number.

Additional Information:

• Children aged 0-2 can join the tour for free provided they do not occupy an additional seat.
• Children aged 3-8 will be charged 75% of the tour rate. Children over 8 will be considered adults.
• Our tours are available almost every day. In case of any urgency or cancellation, we will inform you at least 12 hours before the tour time.
• Our Customer Service Representative may suggest another day or refund your money immediately.
• This tour is available in English only. However, you can request a Private tour in many different languages such as Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
• Please specify your preferred language when making a private tour booking.

For Thai nationals:

• A Thailand Pass is not required.
• Enter Thailand without quarantine or COVID-19 test upon arrival.
• Must present a certificate of vaccination or, if unvaccinated/not fully vaccinated, an RT-PCR/Professional ATK COVID-19 test result issued within 72 hours before departure.
• Can enter Thailand via every border checkpoint (for land travel).

For foreign nationals:

• Register on Thailand Pass.
• Attach documents, including Passport, Certificate of vaccination, or, if unvaccinated/not fully vaccinated, RT-PCR/Professional ATK COVID-19 test result issued within 72 hours before departure, Proof of Medical treatment coverage (minimum coverage 10,000 USD).
• Receive the Thailand Pass QR Code within 1-2 hours.
• Airlines and Disease Control Officers will check your documents.
