Confirmation:

• You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 minute of booking. Most bookings are auto-confirmed, and we will send you the voucher via email.
• Auto Pre-Paid Booking: Any booking that is prepaid through our payment gateway system is automatically confirmed.
• Partial Payment: All bookings with partial payment are non-refundable and are automatically confirmed.
• Pay Later Booking: Any booking where you have selected to pay later is not confirmed unless you update us with your room number and hotel check-in information.
• Our pick-up time and guide numbers for tours will be confirmed by our Customer Service Representative at least 12 hours before the tour date for join tours.
