Group Cancellation: 

• Above 30 days prior to arrival date are no charge

 • Between 14-30 days prior to arrival date are 50% charge 

• Between 7 - 14 days prior to arrival date are 70% charge

 • Under 7 days prior to arrival date are 100% charge

 FIT Cancellation:

 • Above 14 days prior to arrival date are no charge 

• Between 7 - 14 days prior to arrival date are 50% charge

 • Between 3 -7 days prior to arrival date are 70% charge 

• Under 3 days prior to arrival date are 100% charge 

Peak Season :- (1st November to 14th January ) - Non refundable 

Payment Policy:- 

  1. Unless credit has been established with Sun Leisure World Corporation, Thailand, A deposit of 50% of the total tour price is required to secure booking and should be receive immediately upon confirmation of reservation. 
  2. Group booking: After deposit full payment should be made 30 days prior to your arrival date. 
  3. FIT booking: After deposit full payment should be made 7 days prior to your arrival date.
  4.  Failing to comply with this condition may result in cancellation of all reservations and arrangements without prior notice. 
  5. Service charge of credit card and debit card will be added to your invoice if you do not pay via Bank Transfer (International Credit Debit Card-3.6%)
