- Our tours are available almost every day. In case of any urgency or cancellation, we will inform you at least 12 hours before the tour time. Our Customer Service Representative may suggest another date or immediately refund your money.

- Any late from your side may be re-allocated to a later time if available, Otherwise this will be auto canceled with charge 100%.
- Driver can be late up to 15- 45 Minutes due to Traffic or any unwanted clauses.

- Please note the activity time can be affected by several factors including weather, equipment maintenance or safety protocols.

- Activity may be canceled due to any natural problem, in this case we will offer to shift your booking to another date or you can also apply for full refund.
- All pre paid booking will apply following cancellation policy:-
