Confirmation:

• You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 minute of booking. Most bookings are auto-confirmed, and we will send you a voucher via email.
• Auto Pre-Paid Booking: Any booking paid through our payment gateway system is automatically confirmed.
• Partial Payment: Bookings with partial payment are non-refundable and automatically confirmed.
• Pay Later Booking: Bookings with the "pay later" option are not confirmed until you provide your room number and hotel check-in information.
• Pick-up time and Guide Numbers for Join Tours will be confirmed by our Customer Service Representative at least 12 hours before the tour date.
• For Private Tours, all pick-up points are already mentioned in our itinerary.
• If you don't receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email.
• Please send us your room number and local contact number with your booking confirmation number to [email protected].

Additional Information:

• Children aged 0-2 can join the tour for free as long as they do not occupy an additional seat.
• Children aged 3-8 will be charged 75% of the tour rate.
• Children over 8 are considered adults.
• Our tours are available almost every day, and we'll inform you of any urgency or cancellations at least 12 hours before the tour. We may suggest an alternative day or provide a refund.
• The tour is available in English, but you can request a private tour in different languages such as Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Please specify your preferred language when booking a private tour.
• Please wait in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the time specified on this voucher to start. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling if available, or an auto-cancellation with a 100% charge.
• The driver may be delayed by 15-45 minutes due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
• You don't need to show physical vouchers; displaying the mobile voucher or booking confirmation on your mobile device to our guide is sufficient.
• Please note that activity times may be affected by factors like weather, equipment maintenance, or safety protocols.
• Sun Leisure World reserves the right to cancel any booking due to bad weather conditions or natural disasters.

Entry Measures into Thailand (Effective from June 1, 2022 onwards):

Thai Nationals:

• Thailand Pass is not required.
• Enter Thailand without quarantine or a COVID-19 test upon arrival.
• Must present a vaccination certificate or, if unvaccinated or not fully vaccinated, an RT-PCR or Professional ATK COVID-19 test result issued within 72 hours before departure.
• Can enter Thailand via any border checkpoint for land travel.

Foreign Nationals:

• Register on Thailand Pass.
• Attach documents: Passport, vaccination certificate (or test result if unvaccinated), and proof of medical treatment coverage (minimum coverage 10,000 USD).
• Receive the Thailand Pass QR Code within 1-2 hours.
• Airlines and Disease Control Officers will check your documents.
