- Children under 4 years old who meet the minimum height requirement of 1.05 meters may enjoy complimentary admission to SkyHelix Sentosa, subject to seat availability. Please visit the nearest ticketing counter to redeem the ticket and provide proof of age for verification.
- Children between 1.05 and 1.2 meters in height, or those under 12 years old, must be accompanied by an adult.
- For ticketing purposes, a "child" is defined as anyone under 12 years of age.

- You can either buy a beverage from the snack bar or a souvenir for free using the SkyHelix Sentosa tickets and for a souvenir, and then head instead head to the Singapore Cable Car Gift Shop.
- This experience runs from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM
- This tour is available with a transfer.
- The ride is not suitable for pregnant ladies, people who are scared of heights, people who are differently abled, motion sickness, or vertigo.
- Loose clothing and handheld devices like mobiles and selfie sticks can be taken on the ride, but should be properly secured.
- Outside food and beverages, hats, umbrellas, and items made of glass are not allowed on the SkyHelix ride.
- Due to safety reasons, guests who are unable to fasten their seat belts may be turned away from the ride. A test seat is available at the activity location for guests who wish to try.
- If it rains, you will be given two options to either select an open dated ticket or change your reservation to a dated ticket.

You will see everything food at local markets temples food blocker restaurant (passing the queue) free water and the tour guide explains everything fantastic to start Bangkok.
