— Important Info —

• Only grip socks (socks with rubber layer underneath) are permitted in SuperPark. Grip socks are available at ticket counter. You may wear your shoes for activity for Clip n’ Climb.
  
• The minimum age requirement for our tickets is 3 AND ABOVE. Children BELOW the age of 3 (2 and below) does not require any tickets for entry, BUT must be supervised by parents in our premises.
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be resold
• All guests are required to read and acknowledge the SuperPark Malaysia waiver form before entering the park; guests are welcome to fill it in online or on-site
• PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES EARLY BEFORE YOUR RESPECTIVE SESSION.
• Precautionary sanitizing measures will be made consistently to ensure a safe environment for everyone; please refer for the detailed precautionary measures here
• MANDATORY for all customers to scan MySejathera QR Code upon entering the premise. Hand sanitizers will be provided at the entrance, and customers must use it before entering. Those with body temperatures exceeding 37.5 degrees Celsius are NOT ALLOWED to enter.
