• Pick-up time: If you do not specify the pick-up time in the “Note” section when booking, the driver will wait in front of the Orange Convenience Store at the arrival hall holding a sign of "永盛旅遊 (Yun Sheng Travel)" and "KKday"
• Waiting time: A grace period of 40 mins will apply to airport pick-up, late arrivals will be deemed as cancelation, refunds will not be granted
• Service range: Shared transfer from Kota Kinabalu Airport (BKI) to downtown or suburb Kota Kinabalu
  
• In the event that you have an early flight arrival, the driver will wait for 40 mins from your actual arrival time
• In the event that you have a late flight arrival within 1 hr of your original arrival time, your driver will wait for 40 mins from actual arrival time. In the event of any delays, please contact the local agency as early as possible, failure to do so or late notice (after the grace period from the original arrival time) will result in cancelation

• Waiting time: A grace period of 15 mins will apply to hotel pick-up, late arrivals will be deemed as cancelation, and refunds will not be granted
• Service range: Shared transfer from downtown or suburb Kota Kinabalu to Kota Kinabalu Airport (BKI)

Effective 1st DECEMBER 2023 all international arrival via land, air and sea entry point into MALAYSIA are required to fill in MALAYSIA DIGITAL ARRIVAL CARD (MDAC) 3 days prior arrival for integration of arrival database with current upgrade Malaysia Immigration (MyIMM) system coming online prior undertaking biometric processing mandatory required.
