Enjoy this unique tour of a local market and a cooking class, introducing you to delicious authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Experience a convenient pick-up by your guide from your hotel depending on your selected tour hours. Head straight to a local market to purchase fresh produce and learn about ingredients that are integral to Vietnamese cooking. In the kitchen cum cultural hub, you’ll prepare and cook traditional recipes, such as spring rolls, a salad with banana flowers, and more. Don't worry if you are at a beginner level, as this is not a professional cooking course. Once you have put together your meal, you can sit down to feast on the fruits of your labour. Your meal will be accompanied by free and unlimited local wine tasting, herbal tea, coffee, and other beverages.

There are two options for your preferred class sessions every day:

Delight in preparing four iconic Vietnamese dishes:
- Nộm Hoa Chuối/Banana Flower Salad: A special appetizer made from fresh banana flowers, vegetables, and herbs.
- Bún Chả/ Obama Noodles - BBQ (Pork) with Dipping Sauce: Sweet and sour dipping sauce with flavoursome marinated pork. Chef Anthony Bourdain and the Former President of the USA - Mr Barack Obama were seen to thoroughly enjoy this dish!
- Nem/ Vietnamese Fried Spring-rolls: Nem and Bun Cha are combined with crispy rolls and fresh ingredients, then dipped in a sweet and sour sauce.
- Cafe Trứng/ Egg Coffee (or Chocolate): Egg yolks, condensed milk, and honey are fused together, creating a creamy floating custard on Vietnamese black coffee/ chocolate (or another dessert for vegans/vegetarians).
