• Pick-Up Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Rental Period: 24 hours after pick-up time (applicable for next-day returns)
• Service Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Last Pick-Up/Return Time: 5:00 pm

• Please note that a surcharge of USD2.00 per hour will apply for returns exceeding the rental period
• Please note that deposit of USD50.00 will not be refundable in the event of a lost Aodai
• Aodai size reference:
  - Female Ideal Height: 150-180 cm
  - Male Ideal Height: 160-190 cm
  - Please note that children-sized Aodai is not available
• A deposit of VND1,000,000 (US$50.00) is required to be paid on-site to the local agency when collecting your Aodai; the deposit will be refunded upon the rental return
