• Free two-way transportation (electric vehicle or car) from Sapa Convention Center to Alpine Coaster Ban Mong and vice versa from Alpine Coaster Ban Mong to Sapa Convention Center.
• Free for customers who have pre-booked tickets with Alpine Coaster Ban Mong - customers can show their booking ID at the ticket counter at Sapa Convention Center.
• Shuttle buses operate normally every 30 minutes/trip; and sometimes it is possible to increase the number of trips to shorten the time between trips; or extend the time depending on the actual condition of guests at the ski area.
• Service hours: from 8:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M daily.
