- Guests with disabilities must be accompanied by a guardian. Contact for better assistance
- Children are counted from 1 to 11 years old
- Infants under 1 year old enjoy free park entry but cannot participate in any activities
- Each child between 1 and 5 years old must be personally accompanied by an adult guardian in the same program
- For children between 6 and 11 years old, BEMP requires one adult guardian to be present in the same program
- Pregnant women and/or those on their period cannot participate in the Discovery Program but are welcome for other programs
- Bali Exotic Dolphin Marine Park participates in public liability insurance that offers coverage to guests between 4 and 70 years old. Toddlers and seniors are advised to choose non-swim programs
