  - Da Nang city center. Surcharge is applicable to far pick-up points such as outside Tran Thi Ly bridge, Sheraton Grand Hotel, Grandvrio Resort (Dien Duong, Dien Ban, Quang Nam province)
  - Ba Na Hills: exact pick-up point will be informed to you later by the service provider.
• Grace period: 30 minutes
• Vehicle info:
  - 5-seater car: Max capacity of 3 people and 3 standard luggages.
  - 7-seater car: Max capacity of 5 people and 5 standard luggages.
  - 16-seater car: Max capacity of 12 people and 12 standard luggages (or 6 big luggages).
