Child Policy
- Children under 2 years of age are not permitted at Ski Dubai for safety reasons.
- Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult who is 16 years or older.
- Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
Conditions of Participation:
- Snow Bullet: Participants must be at least 8 years old, over 125 cm tall, and weigh more than 30 kg. The maximum weight limit is 120 kg.
- Slope: Participants must be at least 3 years old and be Level 2 intermediate skiers or snowboarders.
- Skiing Discovery Lesson: Participants must be at least 3 years old.
- Snowboarding Discovery Lesson: Participants must be at least 8 years old.

Additional Info
- Please book at least one day in advance of the participation date.
- In case of any issues, please contact us at slwdubaiteam@gmail.com.
- Please provide your hotel address to ensure a smooth pickup.
- Please wait in your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- For Snow Premium, our operations will coordinate with you, and the slot to be booked needs to be confirmed no later than 48 hours prior to the visit date.
- Guests must bring the confirmation email to the venue. If not received, please check with our team before visiting.
- Ski/Snowboard equipment, Jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and Helmets will be provided at the venue for safety measures.
- Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
- Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
- Drinking and eating on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (Working hours: from 10 am to midnight)
- There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
- An adult must accompany children at all times.
- Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
- Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
- The venue is not wheelchair accessible. Pregnant ladies are not allowed on the activities.
