Airport representatives will be waiting in the paging area with a sign with your name. The paging area is at the Exit Gate at the International Arrival Hall, after the Baggage Collection Area and Customs checkpoint.
Additional Note: It is best to look for your airport representative at the Exit Gate at the paging area (Gate 01) -

An amazing way to discover Bangkok. In krabi the stay was good.. Travel to nearby places were very good.. Hotel staff were very good.. In Phuket (Patong) the place was horrible.. The hotel you suggested was very bad..
I’ve been to Bangkok 3 times now and never really been that in love with the city but going on this tour gave a whole new appreciation for it, I saw places I’d never been, the temples at night are just amazing and so different to the crowded day scen
