- Children aged 0-2 can join the tour for free provided they do not occupy an additional seat
- Children aged 3-8 would be charged 75% of the tour rate.

- Our tours are available almost every day, in case of any urgency or cancellation, we will inform you before 12 hours of tour time. Our Customer Service Representative may suggest you some other day or refund you money immediately.

- Before 1 Day of Excursion Date:- 100% Charged.
- Activity may be canceled due to any natural problem, in this case, we will offer to shift your booking to another date or you can also apply for a full refund.
- All pre-paid bookings will apply the following cancellation policy:-
- 20% Partial Payment booking:- This amount is Non-Refundable in case of cancellation
