- Observatory and Glass Slide: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Edge Walk Experience: Open daily from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM (or starting from 11:00 AM based on seasonal slots).
- Last Entry: Usually permitted up to 1 hour before closing time.
- Passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried.
- Weight Limit: Guests must weigh between 30 to 120 kg to participate in the glass slide.
- Height Limit: Guests must be between 120 cm to 200 cm tall.
- Dress Code: Wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, or long scarves).
- Disability Notice: Inform staff of any disability that may affect participation.
- Health Notice: Inform staff of any health conditions (e.g. neck/back injuries, pregnancy, epilepsy, etc.).
- Transfer Policy: Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside the vehicle during tours.
