The Chiang Mai Treasure biking tour is an exceptional three-day cycling excursion that is filled with lots of fun and excitement. You will get a golden opportunity to explore closely the spectacular landscape of Doi Saket, San Kamphaeng, Bo Sang, and Chiang Mai. This is the perfect tour for you to spend some fun time with your family, a cycling adventure for three days may sound difficult but worry not because any individual in good health, with the ability to ride a cycle, can easily participate in this tour. You don't have to worry about being tired or not being able to keep up with others, because this tour will give an ample amount of short breaks to catch your breath and rest.

• This tour starts every Thursday and ends on Friday.
• The total cycling distance per day would be around 50 km.

How to reach?

The Recreational Biking Chiang Mai is located south of the old city of Chiang Mai. The cheapest and easiest way to reach the starting point is to book a taxi and directly go to the location.

Itinerary

Day 1: Chiang Mai – Doi Saket

• This extraordinary adventure starts from Baan Nai Fun 1 in Pa-Dead, at 9 AM.
• After a short ride, we will board a boat with our cycle at the Ping River to go to the northern part of Chiang Mai.
• Visit a farmhouse, to enjoy delicious fruit juice.
• continue the journey through the countryside of Chiang Mai and watch the various type of agricultural activities.
• Ride your cycle along the rice fields enjoying the nice view and pass by a few interesting local temples.
• The first day would be devoted to admiring the ever-changing scenery!
• Pass by the Beautiful Mae Kuang Dam before taking a short rest to recover your energy.
• Arrive at the resort at the end of the day. Stay in a nice single room overnight.

Day 2:  Doi Saket – San Kamphaeng

• Depart from Doi Saket toward San Kamphaeng.
• Visit a Chinese cemetery before making your way toward the Doi Saket temple.
• Ride your bike on the country roads to reach San Kamphaeng hot springs.
• After a delightful meal at the hot springs, we will pass y the rice fields and small villages.
• Observe the locals working with wood and metal handicrafts in one of these villages, and click some awesome pictures. 
• Enjoy your stay in a single room in a Lanna-style resort. If you like you can even enjoy a real Thai massage (the guest would have to pay for this service).

Day 3:  San Kamphaeng – Chiang Mai 

• The last day would involve a journey from San Kamphaeng to Bo Sang and then back to Chiang Mai.
• You will enjoy a sumptuous lunch in Bo Sang, here you will also get to take a walk around a rice paper factory.
• The last stop would be a local market. Let loose your inner foodie and try some really tasty snacks and exotic fruits.
• Make your way toward the ending point (which is also the starting point).
• The tour will end by 04:00 pm, and then you can go back to your hotel.
